The Wine itself is very Burgundian in style, with super fine whispery tannins, an alluring nose of sweet spice, earth, forest floor, and purple flowers. This Pinot has a real transparency with fruit and loads of freshness. The fruit is quite spiced though, balancing out any sweet notes.
