Terms and Conditions for Reward Program

Overview

The Reward Program ("Program") is a loyalty program offered by CG Liquor Online ("Company") to its customers. By participating in the Program, customers agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Eligibility

The Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and have a valid account with the Company. Employees of the Company, their immediate family members, and anyone residing in the same household as an employee are not eligible to participate in the Program.

Earning Points

Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases made on the Company's website. Points are not earned on taxes, shipping fees, or any other charges, unless otherwise specified by the Company. Points are only awarded after the successful completion and payment of a purchase.

Tier System

The Program consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Members are placed into tiers based on the total number of points they have accumulated. The specific benefits and requirements for each tier are outlined in the Program's membership tier descriptions.

Benefits and Offers

Members at different tiers receive various benefits and offers as specified in the membership tier descriptions. Benefits may include access to exclusive content, discounts on courses, birthday and Christmas vouchers, gift boxes, and more. All benefits and offers are subject to availability and may be subject to additional terms and conditions. Please note that the higher the tier level you achieve, the better the gift will be for product testing purposes.

Points Expiration and Forfeiture

Points earned through the Program do not expire as long as the member's account remains active. An account is considered inactive if there has been no purchase activity within a 12-month period. Inactive accounts will forfeit any accumulated points.

Account Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate a member's account and revoke all earned points if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the member has violated these terms and conditions, engaged in any fraudulent or abusive behavior, or provided false or misleading information to the Company.

Changes to the Program

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason. Any changes to the Program will be communicated to members via email and/or posted on the Company's website. Members' continued participation in the Program after any changes are communicated constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Privacy

By participating in the Program, members agree to the collection and use of their personal information in accordance with CG Liquor Online's Privacy Policy. As a member, your personal details will be stored in our system and will be used for the purpose of administering the Program, tracking your points and rewards, and providing you with relevant information and offers. We take your privacy seriously and will not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Anniversary Review

Upon your anniversary date, i.e., the end of the 12-month period from when you joined the Program, we will review your spend and membership level to determine whether you qualify for an upgrade or downgrade to a different tier.

Gift Box Shipping

For the Gift Box benefit that is included in certain tiers, the Gift Box can be shipped to a desired address within Australia.

Limitation of Liability

CG Liquor Online and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Program, including but not limited to, any damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
