Drawing from twelve small American oak casks, this Bourbon influenced expression is a light to medium-bodied and engaging whisky that speaks of careful cask management and selection. The biscuity malt has achieved a nice balance with the sweet oak notes and a faintly fruity edge comes through suggesting stewed pears and banana bread.
