• En-Primeur orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
• When purchasing En-Primeur, you are buying wine prior to its bottling, hence delivery times will be longer. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this condition.
• En-Primeur wines are for personal consumption only and cannot be transferred.
• All En-Primeur sales are final. No cancellations or refunds are possible once an order has been placed.
• If an En-Primeur does not meet our expected quality standards, we reserve the right to offer an appropriate replacement or credit note at our discretion.
• The vintage, label, and packaging of En-Primeur wines may differ from those displayed on our website.
• CG Liquor retains the authority to adjust prices to reflect any alterations in government-imposed duties and taxes, as well as delivery fees, that may occur between the time an order is placed and when it is ultimately delivered.
