Bakery Hill Peated Single Malt Cask Strength Whisky is a single barrel, small batch whisky distilled in Victoria. This whisky is matured American Oak barrels. It is a rich golden colour. The nose is scents of a peated aroma combined with an earthy natural leather. The overtones are of fruit mine tart and kumquat. The palate is earthy tobacco leafs with layers of a lingering smoky peat. The finish is long and complex.
