Designed to celebrate the world-renowned hospitality thriving within the Japanese culture, this divinely-crafted single malt is matured for a minimum of 25 years in ex-sherry casks (with a minimal amount of whisky aged in Mizunara casks in the blend) and bottled at 43% ABV. Housed in a bottle sealed with a Mizuhiki, a five-corded knot symbolizing the joining of hands and heart, Yamazaki 25 Year Hospitality Edition is presented in a paulownia wood case and traditional Washi paper. On the nose are hues of sweet fruits, summer strawberries, and pears splashed with citrus and smoked honey. The palate offers layers of aged wood, soft fruits, quince, roasted nuts, herbs, and hints of cocoa.
